Convert a Colour PPD to B&W Only

Look for

*ColorDevice: True
*DefaultColorSpace: CMYK

and change them to read

*ColorDevice: False
*DefaultColorSpace: Gray

Then find the section that starts with

*OpenGroup: Color/Color

and remove it down to

*ColoseGroup: Color

Set up your printer with the newly edited PPD and it should only print B&W
