Altering Files Types Allowed In WordPress

Install the “PJW Mime Config” plug-in.

Then under settings will be mime types. Add “application/octet-stream” as the stream type and the extension as what you want.

Or edit the the .htaccess file and add

AddType application/octet-stream .ipa
